The dying of Sushant Singh Rajput has left the nation in shock. The Central Bureau Of Investigation (CBI) is at the moment probing the dying. Meanwhile, parallel investigations are being carried out by Enforcement Directorate and now the Narcotics division. As per studies, the State Human Rights Commission (SHRC) has sent a show-cause notice to Cooper hospital for granting mortuary access to Rhea Chakraborty and her household when the postmortem was being carried out.
The SHRC Chief MA Sayeed stated that he noticed a number of video clips of Rhea Chakraborty visiting the mortuary. The registrar of the SHRC’s authorized wing will examine the provisions and examine beneath what circumstances Rhea was given access to the mortuary. He is treating the matter as pressing and has listed it for August 31. The show-cause notice has been sent to hospital Dean to clarify beneath what circumstances Rhea Chakraborty and her household got permission.
As per studies, Rhea Chakraborty was seen leaving the hospital with three others on June 14. Reportedly, solely quick members of the family are given permission. The SHRC officer stated they’ll comply with authorized proceedings and even police will face authorized penalties.
The officer additional stated that the explanation SHRC took some time to begin a parallel investigation because the case was registered in Bihar and there was a battle between Mumbai Police and Bihar Police. Once CBI was granted permission to probe Sushant’s dying, they may go forward with it.
As per studies, BMC and Police are but to obtain the present trigger notice.
