Court Holds Her Case, Dismisses Mitu Singh Case

The Bombay High Court held the case filed by actor Rhea Chakraborty towards actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister Priyanka Singh. The actor had accused Priyanka of getting SSR medicine on the idea of ‘false prescription’. The court docket although dismissed the same case filed towards SSR’s different sister Mitu Singh. Rhea’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde took to Twitter to touch upon the High Court’s verdict. He referred to as it the results of Rhea’s ‘cry for justice’. “We are satisfied with the verdict. It appears ultimately Rhea Chakraborty’s cry for Justice and Truth has prevailed. Satya Meva Jayate,” he instructed the media. Rhea, her brother Showik Chakraborty and some proceed to face the cost of abetment to suicide by Sushant’s household and the case is being investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). The actor had filed a case towards Priyanka Singh, who had lived together with her brother previously, alleging that she had given medicines to Sushant from Delhi utilizing a pretend prescription.
